Patty has been with the Isabella since 2008 with two owners. She manages many aspects of operations aboard Isabella. She has many roles on Isabella including chef for owners, manages all aspects of interior operations, including project management, web design, maintenance, multimedia and internet technical issues onboard. She will make guests feel welcome as they board and during their stay. She will provide a five-star personal service to ensure guests are pampered, comfortable, and every need is met.

At age 19 Gil Rodriguez started his career as chef at Morton’s Steakhouse in Puerto Rico. Gil graduated from Skagit Valley College with a Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management degree. He was sous chef chef on the Orient Express, a private train that traveled the US and Canada. Gil was FOH manger for the Keg Steakhouse. Gil began his own business, Gil’s Catering and Chef Services, providing services as personal chefs, restaurant consulting, cooking classes and catering. While in business Gil was the Chef at McIntre Hall Performing Arts Center in Washington. Gil Rodriquez, currently is the Culinary Arts Instructor Department Chair at Skagit Valley College and summer Private Chef for Isabella Mega Yacht.

Nat is a native of the pacific northwest and has been a captain for 10 years. He has been with Isabella as first mate since 2015 as needed. He has been a sailing instructor since 2013.
Nicholas Peterson
1st MateNicholas Peterson is a licensed 100-ton captain, former EMT and Firefighter, FCC Radio operator and STCW 95 certified. He has been in the yachting industry since 1998 and with Isabella since 2013. He quickly establishes a good rapport with guests. He has extensive experience with chartering on many oceans in the Caribbean, South Pacific, Europe, and the US.
