He combines culinary creativity with operational knowledge, managing provisions, developing menus based on guest preferences and dietary needs, and ensuring food safety through HACCP compliance. Additionally, he offers wine pairing expertise and team-oriented communication. Victor’s training includes formal culinary studies at Chef D'Oeuvre, STCW certification, and additional safety and rescue training, making him a well-rounded and safety-conscious culinary professional in the yachting industry.
