Originally from Milan, cooking honest quality food has always been an integral part of his life. Daniele professional career as a Chef began in the restaurant industry, working in such places as Italy, Spain, and St. Martin. He transitioned to Yachts in 2010 and has not looked back since. He is eager to make your trip a custom dinning delight. He speaks, English and Italian.

Originally from Genoa Italy, as a young girl Francesca family loved the water. The first time she saw a yacht she decided she wanted to work on one. Its hard work but she has enjoyed it since day one and looks forward to making your stay on board ALMAX a memorable one. Her travels have included the Mediterranean, the Atlantic and the Adriatic. She enjoys rowing and playing the piano. She is multilingual and speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.

Vincenzo is from Fondi Gaeta, Italy, having been raise on the coast his passion for boating is a part of his life. His travels have included the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. He enjoys soccer, working out and is a competitive swimmer. He speaks Italian, English and Spanish. He prides himself on “seamless service” which your guest will enjoy!

Javier grew up in Tampa Florida, his father was an avid fisherman and he learned to enjoy boating from an early age. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, water sports, the gym and being with family and friends. He looks forward to helping guest on ALMAX enjoy all of the water activities the boat has to offer. He speaks English and Spanish.
