Off-season, he works in the top restaurants in Split, so he is kept up-to-date on the latest culinary trends and the best seasonal fare. He also designs a wide variety of menu selections, such as gluten-free or vegan menu options.
During his leisure hours, the chef enjoys singing and all sorts of water sports.
