Crew
Nicolas Gonzalez
First mateNico is the 1st Mate onboard Motor-Yacht Kemosabe. He joined us in October of 2024. Nico was born in Boca Raton, Florida. Being raised in the neighboring town Deerfield Beach, Nico grew up on the water. Most of his childhood activities involved the water; and after years of boating, surfing, and fishing, Nico decided to pursue his passions and dive into the yachting industry. Nico worked for 4Ocean ( A global company that focuses on keeping our ocean clean and free of trash) for years before obtaining his USCG 100 Gross Ton Captains License. His love for boats translates through his extensive knowledge of a variety of vessels; and his charismatic personality allows for anyone to feel comfortable with him. In Nico’s free time he enjoys golfing with friends, spending time with his family or taking his 2 dogs on the boat to the local sandbars.
