The luxury super yacht QTR offers accommodation for 8 guests in 4 cabins consisting of a master with a king size bed and bathroom facilities including a shower and lavatory. Further guest accommodation is also available in another 3 cabins.

QTR also accommodates up to 5 crew on-board to ensure you have a relaxed luxurious charter experience and all of your needs are catered for while on board.

The specifications on board the beautifully built 116 ft / 35.4 m Lazzara launched in 2009 and later refit in 2021 include stabilisers for a smooth ride by counteracting roll caused by waves or wind as well as an extensive list of amenities and toys.

Karen Holtan

Captain Karen Holtan grew on on a small family farm in Oregon. Growing up waterskiing and fishing on local lakes combined with watching Jacque Cousteau specials eventually led her to a life on the water. After working her way up from SCUBA Instructor to Captain on a fleet of Bahamian charter vessels she transitioned to yachts by working every position. Therefore it will be as common to see your captain happily helping in the galley or making a bed as it will be to find her taking you in a tender to her favorite secluded beaches and reefs.

Brittany Garcia

Chef Brittany Garcia is a highly skilled luxury chef from Virginia Beach. Chef Garcia began her culinary career attending Johnson and Wales University. Having graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Food Service Administration with a Minor in Wines and Spirits, Chef Garcia is well-versed in fine drinks and dining. Her yachting experience began formal training at the Mid Atlantic Maritime Academy. Her worldly background in culinary arts has taken her across the globe with a focus on Italian food. Having cooked her way through places like Florence, Rome, and Sicily, Chef Garcia brings more than just delicious food to the table. In her spare time, she enjoys being in nature. Whether she's paddleboarding, hiking, or surfing, her passion and talents have brought her to the world of yachting.

Warren

Warren grew up helping on his grandfather’s fishing charter boat which fueled his passion for the ocean at a young age. His yachting career however began 15 years ago in Abu Dhabi where he joined an Azimut 116’ Motor Yacht. Since then, he has accumulated over 15,000nm on sailboats and over 200,000nm on powerboats crossing oceans and exploring ports. Originally from Durban South Africa, Warren holds a Master of Yachts 200-ton license, a Mechanical drafting Degree, and is a Padi Scuba Diving Instructor. His hobbies include Hiking, Spearfishing, and of course Travel. Warren enjoys working in the yachting industry and learning about new systems and the best yachts in the world.

Charlie Rose Pharr

Originally from Shelby, North Carolina, Charlie Rose may be small but don’t underestimate her determination and grit. New to the yachting industry Charlie Rose grew up fishing on the east coast with her family in their Grady White and exploring the BVI’s and the Bahamas on Power Cats. She loves to learn and travel and one day hopes to join the ranks of female Captains in the Industry. In her free time, she loves Cross Fit, swimming, boat rides, and beach days. Her newfound special talent is that she can crawl into small spaces on boats.

Alina

Chief Stew Alina Minea, age 44, is originally from Romania and has been working in the yachting industry since 2005. She decided that the world was too big not to explore and had an amazing opportunity to work aboard luxury yachts and has never looked back. Alina has traveled extensively throughout the Mediterranean Sea, the Black Sea, all Northeast United States, Canada, Bahamas, the Caribbean Sea down to Jamaica and Costa Rica. Her journey continues around the globe as Chief Stewardess of Motor Yacht QTR. Her warm and welcoming personality, attention to detail, and amazing hospitality skills will leave you impressed with the level of service onboard QTR. Previous Yachts include M/Y Dreamdancer, M/Y Summerwind, M/Y Milk, and Honey & M/Y Arms Reach.
