Enrico is a passionate and dynamic captain with extensive experience aboard both sailing and motor yachts ranging from 20 to over 70 meters. With a Master 200GT and OOW 500GT license, he has successfully participated in long-range crossings, including Atlantic and Pacific deliveries, and has operated in regions such as the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Galapagos, and French Polynesia.

His background includes leading guest experiences as a PADI Divemaster and IKO Kitesurf Instructor, managing tender operations, and assisting in major refits and commercial surveys.

With a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish, Enrico brings high energy and dedication to every role, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and professional onboard atmosphere for guests and crew alike.

Liliana is a highly experienced and versatile Stewardess and Cook with over a decade of service aboard both sailing and motor yachts up to 30 meters and beyond. She has participated in extensive cruising programs across the Mediterranean, including the Aegean, Ionian, and Eolian islands, as well as various charter and private operations.

Known for her Mediterranean culinary skills and attention to detail in guest services, she consistently delivers warm hospitality and high-standard onboard experiences. Liliana is certified in STCW, Security Awareness, and Food Hygiene, and has completed specialized training at the Gambero Rosso Cooking School.

Fluent in Italian, English, and French, she combines adaptability, creativity, and professionalism—making her a valuable asset to any crew.

Stefano is a seasoned yachting professional with over two decades of high-level sailing and regatta experience. His career includes key roles aboard iconic racing and cruising yachts such as the Whitbread Maxi “Bolsport,” Wally 146 “Saudade,” TP52 “Orlanda,” Swan 90 “DSK,” and Baltic 142 “Canova.”

With deep expertise as a bowman, rigger, and First Mate, he has participated in transatlantic deliveries, major regattas including the Sydney Hobart and Fastnet Race, and served as crew boss and boat captain.

Stefano is a certified Ocean Yachtmaster with a background in Naval Architecture, and brings technical precision, team leadership, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset to every vessel he joins. He is fluent in English and Spanish
