Sourcing local produce and organic ingredients wherever possible, Cressida wows her guests with fresh tortellini and pasta, BBQ fish, freshly-baked bread, pulled pork sandwiches with fries, vibrant fresh salads and exciting modern twists on dessert classics. She takes great pleasure in catering to her guests’ needs in order to provide the ultimate culinary experience on board.
